给海外合作院校的一封信

尊敬的海外合作院校：

近日，新冠肺炎疫情在全球持续蔓延，全球抗击疫情的形势仍然严峻，我们也密切关注陕西科技大学的海外合作高校所在国疫情发展的形势。

此次病毒的爆发是全人类面临的共同挑战，在过去的几个月内，中国政府和全体中国人民为有效控制疫情的扩散做出了艰苦卓绝且富有成效的努力，陕西科技大学国际合作与交流处也非常感谢在中国疫情最困难时期你们送来一段段鼓励的文字，一件件抗疫物资。“相知无远近，万里尚为邻”你们的关心和慰问让我们更加坚定战胜病毒的勇气。

疫情无国界，看着各国的确诊病例如此之多我们感同身受，陕西科技大学希望与各海外合作院校携手并进、共渡难关。让我们一起期待，疫情阴霾散去的一天，我们摘下口罩，与老朋友亲切拥抱相见。期待着疫情过后，将这一份深厚情谊继续传播下去。

A letter to Cooperation Institutions Overseas

Dear friends:

Recently, the pandemic of New Coronavirus Pneumonia has continuously spread around the world, and the global situation against the virus is still grim. As a cooperative university and an old friend of you, we pay close attention to the prevention and control situation of the epidemic in your country.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 is a common challenge facing all mankind. In the past few months, the Chinese government and all the Chinese people have made arduous and fruitful efforts to effectively control the spread of the epidemic. Office of International Cooperation and Exchange from SUST is also grateful to your help for sending us encouragement emails and pieces of anti-epidemic supplies in the most difficult time in China. “Long distance separates no bosom friends.” It is your kindness and condolence make us more determined to fight against the virus.

The epidemic knows no borders, and we feel really sympathetic seeing the people suffering from illness and pain in various countries. Shaanxi University of Science and Technology hopes to go hand in hand with all cooperation institutions overseas to confront difficulties. Let us look forward to the day the haze of the pandemic is gone; we take off our masks and hug with dear friends. And may the flower of our friendship continue to bloom after the pandemic.
